Kellogg's
Selects Field Sales Force Automation
Solutions From RW3 Technologies
Battle Creek, MI -- May 6,
2001 -- Kellogg's, the world's leading marketer of ready-to-eat
cereal, has announced it will use the RW3 web-based field sales
force automation solution from RW3 Technologies. RW3 allows Kellogg's
newly formed US Morning Foods Division field sales force to capture
retail information electronically on a customer-centric basis for
real-time reporting.
"The reason we're going to RW3 is that
we wanted a proven solution that had strong support from the vendor
for both implementation and training. With RW3, we are getting that
plus a tool that helps us measure the performance of our sales force,"
explained Dave Jones, Director of Retail Sales, Kellogg's.
Kellogg's is implementing RW3's end-to-end
web-based solution configured to their specific retail process.
The system delivers immediate visibility of retail conditions utilizing
a web-based score-carding process designed around Kellogg's specifications.
"The exciting piece for both Kellogg's
and RW3 is how quickly they have be able to take advantage of the
retail intelligence the system will provide," said Bruce Nagle,
President of RW3. "Because of our ability to host their system,
we have implemented and deployed their solution in less than 60
days. In the fast paced world of retail management, access to retail
intelligence is critical and determines the speed and effectiveness
of how decisions are made. Our system provides immediate, actionable
information that offers Kellogg's a competitive advantage."
All RW3 systems offer retail executives
customer-centric objective management, web-based data capture and
reporting, measures performance vs. goals immediately, data portability
with open system integration, and the ability to configure the solution
to the clients needs.
